Turnkey construction is an end-to-end construction service where we manage the agreed project scope from the initial stages through completion and handover, providing the client with a coordinated single-point construction service.

Depending on the agreed scope, turnkey construction can include project planning, procurement, civil and structural works, MEP services, finishing works, consultant coordination, quality control, site management, and final project handover.

With PMC, the client generally appoints the contractors and vendors, while we manage, coordinate, monitor, and control the project on the client's behalf.

With turnkey construction, we take responsibility for executing the agreed scope and delivering the completed project to the client as per the agreed specifications, scope, and contract terms.

Yes. We can assess an ongoing project and, subject to a technical and commercial evaluation, take over project management or the remaining construction scope.
